Since 1991, R. E. Gardinier Jr. Design + Construction has served the luxury residential market as a premier design/build firm for bespoke custom homes in Southern California. The company is led by Robert E. Gardinier, Jr., a graduate of the Cornell University College of Architecture and a longtime resident of Laguna Beach, CA.
Originally recognized for renovating homes from Hollywood’s Golden Era in communities such as Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Hancock Park, the firm has since expanded into ground-up construction of single-family homes and estates, residential interiors, and private aircraft retrofits.
Mr. Gardinier is known for his low-key persona and East Coast sensibility. He enjoys vacationing with his family on the beaches of Nantucket, MA, and sailing on weekends—free from technology.
